Warranty

Warranties range from 3 months to 1 year depending upon the application. We understand some purchases are not used straight away and warranties start from 1st use where reasonable. It’s not hard to tell how much use a transmission has seen so no BS please.

Should you suspect you have a warranty issue:

  1. Contact the person at Point of Sale
  2. Be prepared to supply your vehicle for Inspection
  3. Remain Calm and Civil. I’m too old to put up with angry customers. We have never walked away from a warranty where we were at fault.
